Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cup Minute rice, uncooked
8 oz. pasteurized prepared cheese product
1. Combine broth, chicken, broccoli and rice in large skillet.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Add cheese; cover.
5. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
