3/4 cup butter (1-1/2 sticks)
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts


1.Cream butter and sugar.
2. Beat in eggs.
3. Combine and thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
4. Beat into creamed mixture.
5. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
6. Spread in a 9"x 12" baking pan.
7. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350° oven, until firmly set in center.
8. Cool before cutting into bars.

Makes 15-18 bars.
